Personality
Chase is best described as a very loyal, friendly and happy-go-lucky guy. He enjoys a laugh and a joke but can be very serious if the situation calls for it. He likes to listen to other people's problems and help them find a solution, but if things don't go his way he becomes very self-concious, outcasted and has tremendous self-doubt.
Abilities
Physical
Chase is agile and proficient in basic combat, martial arts, (such as judo, karate, and kung fu) and hand to hand combat, having been trained by his father to improve his reflexes and self-defense abilities despite average physical strength. His agility often lends itself to acrobatic maneuvers and skilled climbing.
His tail is a force to be reckoned with, it can be used to hang from trees/poles etc and hoist himself with this rather powerful part of his body.
Learned
Chase is quite intelligent. As a child he attended private schools to avoid the criminal element in Radical City
The rest of his strengths lay in his animalistic traits just as very good hearing, great sense of smell, perfect balance and being able to see well in dark places. He also thrives quite well in cold environments.
Chaos/Sol
None as of yet.
Weaknesses
Physical
Although Chase has a streamlined body, he isnt very fast on his feet. Apart from his tail, his body isnt very strong and would be quite fragile in the face of a larger foe. Chase also can't swim, not even the basic doggy paddle.
Mental
He often allows his emotions to get the best of himself, which can be very distracting. Despite his "happy-go-luvky" demenor, he's prones to panic attacks and sometimes severe bouts of depression. The thought of open water terrifies him.
Pre-RP History
Chase grew up in the outskirts of Radical City, in a crime ridden suburb. To keep Chase safe, his parents would bring Chase super hero comic books home every day. He'd read them, then re-read them, then read them again. His favourite comic was about a hero called The Sparrow and his side-kick, Bat-boy. Issue after issue they'd take on the Harlequin and his partner, the Jokester. Chase hated the Harlequin, but loved his costume. He was obsessed to the point hed designed a costume for his future persona, and convinced himself one day he himself would be a hero, not one Radical City wanted, BUT WHOM THEY DESERVED.
On his 16th birthday, he sneaked out of his house one night wearing a black balaclava in search of a crime to stop or a civilian to save. He came across a store being robbed by a group of Weasels; before he could even utter one of the many heroic phrases he'd practiced, he was shot by one of the group.
After a lengthy and tedious recovery in hospital, Chase decided if he actually wanted to pursue his dream, he'd need training.. so he traveled the world learning various styles of fighting, acrobatics and stealth tactics.
He later decided not to return to Radical City, and decided to set up base in Station Square.
