The Eggman Empire is Dr. Eggman's rogue organization, which aims to completely overthrow the governments of the world and put Eggman into power in their place. For the most part, the Empire only consists of Dr. Eggman and his Badniks, robots designed by the doctor to carry out his nefarious schemes for world conquest.
