Owned and protected by Lazar, this device is a hybrid of both magic and technology, using a power stone as it's energy source. It has a very large index of spells and is extremely powerful, but also extremely evil. Destroying it would release all the evil contained within it and throw the already unstable balance between the two off in the world.
