Tumor Check

Rob spontaneously groping Rouge to "check for tumors". This originated from their run-ins with the Sega Rouge in the Crossover, wherein they were both so shocked at the size of her bust that they concluded that she couldn't simply be lactating, and assumed she was suffering from some sort of tumor. The joke goes that Rob has since become paranoid of the same thing happening to his own Rouge, and randomly gropes around her chest to be sure she's tumor-free. It's also joked that he uses tumor checks as an excuse to simply feel her up.
